MEET THE HOST
When I entered this hockey world, it hit me like a ton of bricks. I didn’t have ANY friends that were dating professional athletes and I had no one to ask questions to when times got tough. As much as I loved all of my friends, I felt like no one could relate to what I was going through. Back in 2014, I went to a game with another hockey girlfriend and she offered to add me into an exclusive Facebook community for hockey wives and girlfriends. Even though I didn’t utilize the group until our relationship progressed, it was nice to see that I was not the only person living this crazy lifestyle.
